Omnichannel Account Executive

We are searching for an experienced Omnichannel Account Executive for the delivery of our world-leading marketing technology software as well as client support and key account management.

You will be responsible for several key areas:

  • Specific Key Client accounts.Top Danish companies.
  • Client support process.
  • Specific Client delivery as well as follow-up.
  • Supporting the existing sales organization in expanding their product portfolio to include Profile Cloud

Key Accounts- It is important that you have had previous client-facing experience so that you can deal with client issues ranging from senior management meetings, business and technical solution scoping, general account co-ordination, and delivery/client success follow-up. You will be solely responsible for the client delivery for your clients and this also means supporting the sales teams for loyalty and upsell opportunities.

Client Support- You will not be involved hands-on but are responsible for the client support process as well as the maintaining delivery of the daily support services. There will be a wide-ranging tasks from monthly process reviews to contract discussions for clients support services.

Client Delivery & Integration- You will manage the delivery of key client implementations. This is a combination of business and technical skills to support the sales, delivery and integration teams to design seamless client solutions.

We would like you to have:

  • 3+ years experience with client facing experiences in the form of a key account or client experience responsible role.
  • 3+ years experience working as a consultant/delivery responsible in complex IT environments.
  • Client delivery experience essential especially with the ability to scope and plan delivery as well as follow-up.
  • Experience in delivering business & technical specifications, particularly with large turnkey data-driven projects as well as business solution scoping.
  • Marketing systems understanding (email systems, ad-serving, web analytics, personalization).
  • IT data system understanding (TMS, Big Data & SQL solutions, CRM, CMS etc).
  • Have worked with client support systems and processes.
  • Experience with not all but at least some of the following: javascript, web server-side languages, CMS development and system integration work with CRM projects, ESBs, master data management, ETL, etc.
  • The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.

We would be even happier if you also have experience in one or more of these areas:

  • Delivery & project planning and execution.
  • Solutions consulting experience for a product company
  • Experience working with business-to-business SaaS, web analytics, mobile and niche marketing technology
  • Any of the technologies we use such as stream processing, platform as a service and big data.

We think you are someone who:

  • Has the ability to understand a client’s strategic needs for a technical solution and also understands the business opportunity
  • Is a strong leader, is good at communicating and is able to align resources based on solution priority
  • Is familiar with process, planning, routine and documentation
  • Speaks fluent English and Danish.

You will be based in our Aarhus or Copenhagen office.

In Denmark we have +400 clients working with our Email, Ecom, Lead and other digital marketing tools. These clients are handled and developed by an existing team of 8 dedicated Key Account Managers. In Denmark we are 20 employees including a smaller office in Aarhus.
