You turn observation into opportunity 

As our new Researcher, you play a vital role exploring market and technology opportunities to help define and plan new, world-class products during the early concepting and production phase. Venturing out into the field, you observe how real people – customers and partners alike – use and behave around our solutions as well as other emerging technologies. Your observations and conclusions on customer needs and market opportunities make our Product Managers, Marketing-, UI-and R&D-teams take note and shape our offerings accordingly. Over time, you build confidence in both yourself and the Product Management team in general, establishing yourself as the go-to person for reliable customer and market insights that turn great ideas into functional bestsellers.  

You’re an experienced Researcher with superior presentation and cooperation skills 

You have a Master’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Communication, Interaction Design or a similar, relevant field. In addition, you have at least five years’ professional experience as a researcher, managing all aspects of the research life-cycle for an international high-tech company. Here, you have acquired a well-equipped research toolbox with a clear focus on developing market and customer needs insights.  

As a person, you are motivated and energized by the opportunity to innovate and create exciting products in an energetic, visionary and non-hierarchical organisation. Using your superior presentation and communication skills, you easily get your points across and your stakeholders behind you – in professionally fluent English.
