Tamigo is growing by +30% each year and is now one of the leading Cloud-based Workforce Management solutions in Scandinavia. For the last 10 years, we have worked hand-inhand with customers in 14 European countries, a loyal customer base that is rapidly growing. Right now our growth accelerates internationally and it is the time for us to create a focused product development team. We need an experienced Product Manager to establish and manage that team. It is a new position as the responsibility until now has been shared between the Founder and the Development Manager. The Product Manager will refer to the Managing Director.

You will be responsible for creating and executing a successful product strategy that seamlessly and costeffectively takes our international solution through its research, specification, development, documentation, coding, and “go live,” phases, as such, this job requires top notch problem solving skills and analytical abilities.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Product Manager to help build and grow our Cloud based workforce management solution for customers all over Europe. You have a strong successful track-record in SaaS product management. You have a strong technical foundation, and keep on top of new developments in the field. You understand the business perspective of a software solution and can easily translate customer needs as well as product visions into product requirements and specifications.

- Strong academic record and fast learning skills
- At least 3 years of experience with product management in an international SaaS company
- Proven experience translating customer needs into product requirements
- Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple product related projects
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- A good presenter who is able to communicate to people of varied technical ability
- Experience facing customers and understanding the root cause of product inputs
- Fluent in English.
What we do:
We develop and deliver a cloud-based workforce management solution that helps customers reach their financial targets. Our portfolio includes a variety of segments from the small café on the corner to large international retail chains. Tamigo supports the entire process from employee data over typing in the first shift to exporting the hours directly into the payroll system. Tamigo furthermore facilitates employee communication, shift swaps, and holiday management as well as seamless integration with other solutions.
Management reporting and integrated KPIs are a key part of our solution, Tamigo seamlessly combines operational knowledge & sales related numbers into ONE transparent solution and gives access to insights that allow proactive decision making. We always put people in the center of what we do and provide relevant information for relevant roles across the whole company.
Who we are:
Tamigo is based in Copenhagen, one minute from Østerport station, and currently employs 30 people within the area of Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Finance and HR. Our beautiful office is filled with competent and ambitious people who each day use their expertise to ensure Tamigo’s growing success. The atmosphere is relaxed and filled with smiles, but at the same time also exudes a high level of professionalism. The business language is English, as we employee 11 different nationalities at HQ and team up with currently approximately 20 colleagues in our franchises and in the part of our development team which is working outside of Denmark.
