Manager for Digital Strategy, Innovation & Enterprise Architecture

Business understanding and innovative mindset
As our Digital Strategy Manager you will help develop and maintain the approach to innovation in the digital space in ISS Denmark. With your digital mindset and business knowledge you will influence the way we approach the digital world in a way that will differentiate us further as the world’s leading Facility Service provider. Both when it comes to internal processes and the way we approach and deliver to our customers.
You will be heading up our digital efforts to identify and securely deliver digital services and solutions for internal as well as external customers. As responsible for this area you will work very closely with the rest of ISS Denmark and drive specific digital projects; deep diving into exploration, conceptualization or prototyping of digital business opportunities across all functions. This means that a good process understanding and an analytical approach is needed as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to create relations at all levels in a large organization.
In the role you are also accountable for ISS Denmark’s Information Security area, including the overall accountability for the Information Security preparedness of ISS Denmark, ensuring that relevant information security measures and controls are defined, implemented to commensurate the risks.
Communication skills, digital business experience and solution orientation
A part of the job is also to conduct workshops with customers (internal as well as externals), partners and experts to co-create optimal solutions and user experiences. It is therefore a prerequisite that you have the ability to communicate information technology easy and understandable for non-IT employees.
Furthermore, we expect that you:
- Speak and write English fluently and preferably also Danish
- Have an education on BA or Master’s degree level preferably in IT or other relevant education
- Have 5+ years of experience in the digital business, preferably in a technology company or an industry like ours
- Have a clear and evident leadership & innovation profile who can sell a digital vision on a CxO level
- Are proactive and takes responsibility also under pressure
- Are sparring and solution oriented
- Have a strong understanding of digital trends and strategic acumen
- A record of successfully carried out digital projects.
