FOSS Nordic is expected to grow significantly and you will play an important role in making it happen.
Based at our headquarters in Hillerød, Denmark, we offer you a unique opportunity to take on a double role as both Digital Sales Manager and Customer Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director for FOSS Nordic.
You will be part of FOSS Nordic counting 15 employees in Denmark and Sweden.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to be one of our pioneers in building up the global digital sales, working with the most advanced technology, together with highly skilled and ambitious colleagues in strong teams.
As Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment of Digital Services as a primary element of the FOSS Nordic business, working closely with our regional Sales managers when establishing business plans and market plans.
Your primary tasks includes sales of our Digital Service products to our existing customers.
You will also have Customer Management responsibilities, which includes sales of Service contracts reagents, consumables and spare parts to our existing customers, including preparation of- and follow-up on quotes.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that our CRM customer data is up-to-date. ‘
We imagine our ideal candidate with 1 year commercial experience from a B2B company, and excellent sales skills. It could also be someone fresh out of school, with the right attitude and eager to learn!
You must be action oriented with a proven ability to achieve results and have a strong customer focus with ability to interact with current and prospective customers to close sales or provide customer care.
We expect you to have a high degree of integrity and professionalism and the ability to work with a variety of personalities and styles, as well as a structured work approach.
You ideally have had previous experience in selling digital solutions (i.e. web, software, applications, SaaS).
We expect you to have strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, and to be talented at building strong relationships both internally and externally.
You act as a self-starter and multi-tasker, with a capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.
You are dedicated to high performance sales and you prefer the hunting part from the farming.
You have a deep understanding of IT, web applications and the digital universe.
Experience with selling subscription-based services will be an asset.
Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish is required. English at negotiation level is required.
