Your new role
ROCKWOOL is on an ambitious digital journey and they continue to build a strong customer focused team. As a key player in ROCKWOOL Digital, you will be assigned to holistically enable that ROCKWOOL Digital is working towards supporting the same Group strategy. You will be working in close collaboration with the business and Digital to ensure focus on customer needs and strategy, while participating in creating roadmaps across functions. With a commercial approach, you must secure that IT investment is maximized with focus on benefit realisation.
As Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining trusted customer relationships internally, while identifying strategic and short term Service Requirements and priorities. You will be responsible for managing advisory boards and change boards at ROCKWOOL, as well as the stakeholder satisfaction surveys.
You will be a trusted advisor for business management, IT management, senior management and other Business Relationship Managers of which you will join a team of five. You will have a leading role in managing the relationships with key stakeholders representing internal customers, both strategically and on a near-term and day-to-day important matters, to increase user satisfaction.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you are passionate and highly experienced in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and have a natural confidence as well as a professional appearance. You must have strong presentation skills and a personal impact that allows you to influence you stakeholders. Preferably, you bring a proven track record in working with account management as well as experience within strategic planning and planning alignment. Furthermore, you hold solid experience in handling and monitoring complaints and issues from different sides of the business. Lastly, you thrive in an international environment and have a good cultural understanding.
