Managing global IT function
As Head of IT Shared Functions at ECCO, you will be overall responsible for the daily operations and continuous development of the HR, Finance and Collaboration platforms to meet the future requirements, enabling the ECCO strategy. This entails ongoing enhancements, projects as well as forward-looking transformations. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will be part of the CIO leadership team and thereby co-responsible for driving and achieving the IT Strategy.
You will be in charge of the IT Shared Functions Team consisting of 9 employees across Denmark, Portugal and USA. This entails that you are overall responsible for developing your own organization, while ensuring a focused development of and a high level of engagement among your employees.
Experienced business relations manager
We are looking for a person who is comfortable in an outgoing role and able to manage the entire interaction with internal business relations. You believe that results are created in the interaction between people, and you can be a leading player in achieving the strategy and in the maintaining of ECCO’s innovative position. This is translated into your leadership style as being an engaging and motivational leader with a high personal drive.
Your competencies stem from a similar management role within IT, providing you with a corporate mindset and experience from an international environment. Previous experience within the functional areas in question – HR, Finance, Collaboration – would be ideal. Finally, you are experienced with SAP – alternatively with a similar ERP platform.
