Sales & Application Manager

High-tech and high-end project sales to pharmaceutical customers

The position as Sales & Application Manager provides a unique opportunity to influence the company’s growth and development. You will work with high-end, high-tech project-based products, state-of-the-art technology and highly competent colleagues in an international environment.

Taking the driver’s seat on technical negotiations

In InnoScan you will play a key role in securing the company’s growth. You will liaise with the global sales force in Stevanato Group while also bringing your technical understanding and broad experience from previous roles into close dialogue with the customers. You will head-up negotiations with highly professional stakeholders and customers in corporate environments as the inspection machines are sold worldwide. Finally yet also important, you will make sure to integrate InnoScan USPs and technical specifications from the experts in InnoScan, when drafting the extensive proposals.

Specific assignments are:

  • Negotiations
  • Leading the tender/proposal process in house and across the Stevanato Group
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Participation in conferences, fairs and events within the industry around the world

High technical understanding and a no-nonsense attitude

Your background is technical with an engineering degree at least at level. You have a proven track record from similar roles in high-tech or industrial companies. You are used to dissecting large product/project specs and thus delivering a winning proposal including all relevant documentation.

As a person you have a no-nonsense attitude with a systemic and structured approach to meet deadlines and extensive requirements from the pharmaceutical industry. You easily interact with people at all levels from the technicians at the shop-floor to the executive level of a highly professional industry. Stakeholder management is key and the ability to assess the situation and conduct good decision-making comes naturally to you.
