Can you take lead in the global roll out of our new eProcurement system?
If you have procurement experience and understand how your clients across the business work with procurement on a daily basis, you have a perfect foundation for this exciting job. You will become a key person in ensuring a good implementation of our new eProcurement system globally. You can look forward to a role with influence and the opportunity to create measurable results far beyond the average – with full focus and back up from the senior management team.
System implementation with major change management focus
You will drive implementation, roll out and ongoing optimization of the new system (SAP Ariba) with compliance and standardization in focus. You will work on two simultaneous tracks. One ensuring implementation in the Danish based part of the organization where the system has already been introduced. The other managing the global roll out to other Chr. Hansen sites. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Increase system compliance in Denmark – with change management in focus
- Train your internal customers in best use of the new system – colleagues at all levels
- Take lead on the global roll-out plan and associated activities
- Develop and run a new setup for ongoing and constructive dialogue with our system provider
- Advise your sourcing colleagues to close contracts that are functional in operational day-to-day procurement
- Continuously keep your self updated with the release of new system features
At least once a year you will visit the local affiliates to build relations, knowledge of their challenges, provide training etc. You will work closely together with the System Supporter that we are currently also recruiting – a position tailored to a profile with similar but less experienced procurement profile. Super communicator with operational procurement understanding
You have a degree in business administration or similar and +5 years’ experience within procurement. This includes hands-on experience with a procurement system and understanding of the end users’ various procurement needs. Experience with SAP Ariba is not a prerequisite for applying as long as you are motivated for building knowledge to become a super user.
You are an experienced change agent. This requires excellent communication skills including the ability to explain why your agenda is important and to highlight the related benefits – to people at all levels from machine operators to Vice Presidents. To succeed in this job, you must be a self-starter and have the overview and structure to develop and implement an ambitious procurement agenda that deserves the full focus from top management.
