Furthermore, you motivate and develop your staff, ensuring that we have the right resources and competences at hand at all times. Finally, you lead by following the LEAN principles, where continuous improvement and systematic problem-solving are a natural part of everyday work.
You will be a part of the Management team in Business Supports with 9 other leaders, and you will enjoy a broad range of contacts internally as you will collaborate closely with the production teams, the management teams and external stakeholders.
You have an academic degree within engineering or IT (or equivalent) combined with min 5-7 years of relevant work experience with IT systems and infrastructure in a manufacturing company or from a consultancy.
