Do you want a central role working with multiple organization units across several geographical locations? As Senior PLM Consultant in ECCO, you will play a key role in optimizing and continually developing the organization’s IT platforms supporting the product development process.
Central role in realizing PLM ambitions
Designing new shoes is a creative and demanding process that needs to be performed and overseen in a structured way to control the process and ensure that the collections for a new season progresses as planned. ECCO continually works on improving the processes and systems supporting the product lifecycle management (PLM), from a sketch in Design to a prototype in R&D ending up with a BOM in Production.
As a Senior PLM Consultant in the Products & Supply Chain Team, you will interact with relevant stakeholders to understand and translate the requirements into IT solutions. The main stakeholders are R&D, Design and Production. You will be responsible for specifying, designing, building, deploying and supporting the PLM solutions, and you will act as project manager and manage deliveries from internal and external IT partners. The platform in ECCO’s PLM setup is Aras Innovator.

You are an excellent communicator and enjoy establishing relations with your co-workers. You thrive in the role as facilitator between the organizational units. You have a high personal drive and are able to manage several on-going projects simultaneously. You approach tasks and processes with a holistic view when analyzing, executing and safely implementing complex changes.
You have previously worked with PLM or PDM, and you have solid IT skills and experience with hands on customizing. In addition, you have project management experience and are able to independently scope the project deliverables, manage stakeholders and continually follow-up on progress. You master English written and verbally. You are able to travel approximately 30 days per year.
At ECCO, you will work in a constantly developing international company that is characterized by an informal environment, where good initiatives and ideas are valued.
