Use your skills to improve DFDS business
In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic and high-performing Scrum team. The team is responsible for the development of web solutions and more specifically managing our B2B booking platforms.
In collaboration with the product owner and the local development teams, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and quality assuring the business requirements from backend and frontend departments in UK and DK and aligning these to ensure the development of strong digital client solutions.
You will be responsible for the elaboration of system release processes and for collecting the relevant system specifications and documentations.
You will be responsible for the necessary configuration of both new and integrated features focusing on DFDS customers. In addition to this, you will be performing second level support, analyzing bugs and requirements to make sure only the necessary changes will go through to the team.
Another interesting task will be to train super users in the different areas of the business, which will spread the knowledge about our digital customer-facing platforms across the organization.
Integrated technical knowledge and strong communication skills
You have a degree within IT and a conceptual understanding of system integration and API’s.
React is becoming increasingly popular in our organization, so if you have knowledge of this technology, it will of course be an advantage.
Equally as important are your communication skills, as you translate business needs and user requests into IT solutions. You have agile experience – at least with a knowledge of SCRUM.
As DFDS is an international company, you must speak and write English fluently, and Danish skills will be considered an advantage.
