We are now looking for a Head of Sales, who will be part of our Digital Businessmanagement team and make our success continue.
We are scaling the business and need an experience leader who can scale together with us.
As Head of Sales, you will lead the Digital Business sales organization. Creating a sales strategy and managing the sales process and the sales team, coordinating with Global Sales & Marketing, local countries and regions. Leading the Online Customer Universe program, which includes web shop and customer portal. There will be a fair amount of travel activity to our subsidiaries and global sales teams.
While creating and implementing sales strategy, you will ensure that we reach revenue targets and that the online sales channels meet objectives. You will manage the Digital Business sales process, target setting, follow up and continuous improvement together with the global instrument sales organization in FOSS.
You will also be responsible for the successful implementation of the ambitious FOSS customer universe program, which is a high priority at FOSS. Furthermore, we expect you to plan sales targets with teams, promote services (external and internal) and follow up on targets, as well as planning training of the sales organization. You will be leading the sales team, which consists in a small team in Denmark and a dotted line global team of Digital sales managers. You will also be coordinating with local countries and regions while working closely with our DB Product Management team and DB Innovation & Marketing team
We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager with excellent organizational intelligence. Experience in selling Digital services in B2B is required, food and agro-tech knowledge a plus. If you come with experience from global manufacturing and knowledge of the IIOT theme, it is considered as an advantage.
We expect you to have experience in implementing new processes in a changing organization as well as experience in working closely with customers. We are looking for a senior profile with adequate education and experience, who can and will take charge and lead from day one.
To be successful in the role, you need strong project management skills and experience in driving and leading large online programs, such as web shop, e-commerce and customer web portal development.
We are looking for a sympathetic “go get” profile who can motivate and lead teams across geographies and cultures, and with a capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment. You should be open and curious and possess strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally. You are talented at building strong relationships both internally and externally, and are familiar with good customer service ethics.
You are able to communicate business fluently in English, the corporate language of FOSS.
