Your new company
Carlsberg Global Business Services is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design, system solutions, shared services and system operations. Global Business Services employs approx. 750 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg Global Business Services is situated in Hellerup and will be moved to Valby in 2020.
Your new role
It is a very exciting time to be joining Carlsberg due to their significant investment and change in the Information Security & Access discipline across the Group. In the role as Information Security Governance Specialist you will be assisting the Information Security Governance Lead in maintaining a security function within the organisation.
As Information Security Governance Specialist, you will contribute to the business objectives through protecting the Carlsberg Group information assets and its brands from IT threats by understanding and reducing risks to the business.
In the role as Information Security Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing management of the regional Governance, Risk and Compliance activities that supports the Group requirements. You will further be responsible for delivering procedures and follow-ups on controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as Carlsberg’s Group standards.
Furthermore, your areas of responsibility will involve ensuring regional, national and local Information Security regulations are met as well as communicate with key business stakeholders to remediate new and track security related issues in the GRC system.
What you’ll need to succeed
As Information Security Governance Specialist you bring an in-depth understanding of industry standard frameworks such as ISO and GDPR legislation in order to support your knowledge of governance, risk and compliance systems and how to design a GRC framework. This entails understanding Threat and Risk analysis methodologies and techniques and experience in delivering risk management programs. Holding certifications is e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, or the like would be an advantage.
As a person, you are solution minded with innovative abilities while working in a structured and logical manner. You are an exceptional communicator and are able to work across multiple teams. You have a high level of personal drive towards achieving results and thrives in a changing environment.
