Student to the Office of Technology in KMD
Are you a sharp communicator and organizer with an interest in knowledge sharing and business transformation? Are you interested in learning more about the technologies that will shape the future? This is your opportunity to be a part of one of the biggest company transformations in Denmark at the heart of a rapidly changing technological landscape.
We are looking for a new student professional to join our Office of Technology that drives the technology transformation of KMD.
About the team
In KMD’s Office of Technology we work strategically on three interrelated tangents; we monitor new technologies and enable the implementation of their advantages into our products; we work to consolidate KMDs image as a technological front runner; and we take charge of fostering a learning culture for our own employees to embrace the newest technology.
To this end, we do internal proof-of-concepts on different technology platforms and work closely with the product areas and sales to explore business advantages. We co-innovate with clients to explore the potential of technologies in their areas of business. We organize internal and external events for clients and employees, we run a webinar series on tech topics, and host an external technology network.
The Office of Technology (OoT) is a part of the Strategy, Technology and Communication unit at KMD, responsible for driving the overall future direction of KMD.
This student position is bridging business and technology. You will be responsible for arranging, supporting and running technology events, reviewing technical articles and supporting the creation of technology artefacts. You may be a business student with interest in IT or a technology student with interest in business transformation. No matter your background, your communication, organizer and interpersonal skills are key.
The position will provide you with a unique chance to learn how to disseminate complicated knowledge in a large organization. It is an opportunity to transform your theoretical knowledge into practice.
We work in a professional, ambitious and busy environment where you as a student can expect to take on challenging tasks and deliver thorough results with real business impact. The team offers you a place in a company with a large body of young student professionals.

- Independently organize and run a webinar series on modern technology
- Develop an external technology radar to engage more customers in pilot projects
- Work on strategic positioning of the Office of Technology team within KMD
- Co-host exclusive technology network for external customers and partners.
You are currently studying your masters or the last year of a bachelor’s degree within business. We expect that you are among the best in your class. In addition, you might have some work experience with developing software.
- You are a strong communicator in Danish and English both in speech and writing
- You have a desire to learn about modern technology (i.e. blockchain, machine learning, cloud)
- You are a quick learner who can juggle many tasks at once
- You are outspoken and good at collaborating with others
- You are curious, thrive in an informal, innovative environment, have a can-do attitude and independently take initiative
- You are fluent in Danish and English.
We look for a candidate who can start mid-August for training. However, the structure, duration and timing are flexible for the right candidate.
