Do you have experience with agile project management, sprint planning, coordination and customer contact from an international IT/ Telecom company? Do you want to play a vital role in one of our customer support teams – planning and coordinating resources, closely monitoring progress and deliveries? Perhaps this is the job for you!
Your primary responsibilities will be project- and resource planning, to coordinate customers’ ongoing requests – it’s you who will connect the dots. You will be a part of a team of technically highly skilled colleagues.
Another part of your daily work will be preparing and conducting stand up meetings along with status meetings, both internally and externally. You will prepare and follow up on various status reports, resource forecasts and make sure deadlines are met. You will have organization-wide contact internally in addition to contact with our international customers.
The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master with experience with agile project management disciplines preferably from the IT or telecommunications industry
We also expect that you have:
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience with Excel and JIRA or similar issue tracking systems
- Great communication skills towards customers and team
- Good understanding of the software development process and can challenge the team when needed.
- Able to work in a result-oriented, structured way focusing on quality and details
- Able to work independently and within a team – and take responsibility
- Service-minded and flexible with a positive attitude towards customers, colleagues and projects
- Proactive and goal-oriented behavior.
