Student Helper Role - Inside Sales Support Assistant

Eficode - Denmark, is currently looking for a student helper, to help assist with our ongoing sales and business development activities. In particular, those related to our inside sales responsibilities. This would include helping to build and validate our customer contact lists, helping with the coordination of initial meetings and researching sales opportunities, for particular business sectors.

Our business is focused on the delivery of quality, consulting services, specializing in DevOps and supporting IT technical solution implementations. We are a growing company and have offices located throughout the Nordics, Germany and the Netherlands. Further building our current customer base is a key part of our growth strategy. This role plays a crucial function in helping us to do that, here in Denmark.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in sales related positions, communicates well and speaks both Danish and English. We are looking for someone who can commit to working 20 hours a week and the work duties will be performed from our Copenhagen offices, located near Christianshavn.

Key responsibilities for this role

  • To generate various customer calling lists, from our data mining application.
  • To review existing customer contact details and lists, for relevance.
  • To qualify customer contacts and lead generation using LinkedIN.
  • To Identify possible new customer contacts on LinkedIN.
  • To call on customer contacts to arrange and coordinate meetings with sales team.
  • To collect customer feedback regarding their current needs and interests, relating to our service offerings.
  • To review all active accounts and cases, for data integrity.
  • Develop familiarity with tools such as….Severa, Hubspot, LinkedIN Sales Navigator and Google Sheets.

Personal attributes we are looking for

  • Comfortable speaking with different types of people on the phone.
  • General interests in sales, in particular relating technical services and products.
  • Capable of performing online searches to qualify leads.
  • Comfortable with and capable of learning new business applications & tools.
  • Some familiarity with LinkedIN and its search features.
