Are you an IT Architect with a great desire to be the focal point for the development of Nobia Denmark's IT solutions? Are you good at familiarizing yourself with business processes and understanding IT system landscapes, which include: production, order and sales systems? Do you have the ability to lead specialists in projects, programs and transitions? Then you are probably the candidate Nobia are looking for in an integral position as IT Architect in Nobia Denmark.

Who are Nobia?

The IT department in Nobia Denmark consists of approx. 30 dedicated employees who work with maintenance and development of the systems and IT services used in uno form, HTH and Invita stores and at the 3 factories in Denmark. The 30 employees are divided into 4 departments: IT support, IT infrastructure, product data and applications. In addition, the IT department also consists of an offshore center with 10 employees in Manila.

About the position

With reference to the IT Director at Nobia Denmark, you as IT Architect will become a key player in the development of both the group and Nobia Denmark's IT solutions and in cooperation with Nobia Group IT. At the same time, you will also be a very central person in particular to the daily operation and maintenance of Nobia Denmark's IT systems.

As IT Architect you will be an important part of the application team, consisting of 10 talented system consultants who are passionate about ensuring that Nobia Denmark's IT works optimally. You will be part of a working environment where both work on development and operational tasks.

Nobia face some significant changes in our system and application landscape and therefore evaluate some of our key business systems, where you as IT Architect will play a central role.

Cooperation

As an IT Architect, you are expected to have a close and well-functioning collaboration with the internal customers of the organization who own the systems and IT services that you are responsible for and that you understand the business needs.

For each internal customer you will be responsible for ensuring that the services that the customer orders are delivered on time and in the right quality and that the need for new change requests is continuously identified, prioritized and implemented.

Together with the employees in the application team, you will continue to work on standardizing the processes, simplifying and consolidating IT platforms and building the necessary internal IT skills.

About you

You have a broad IT background and experience as an architect. You are familiar with working in complex business environments in a larger public or private company. Nobia imagine that you have a relevant IT-oriented education and several years of relevant IT experience.

At the academic level you have expertise at expert level (knowledge and understanding) within architecture, applications, infrastructure, system design and integration. You have a strong understanding of change management, business process management, service management and project management. Finally, you are at an IT professional level that enables you to coordinate strong academic resources.

Nobia expect you to have a good solid knowledge of areas within ERP platforms, for example; Dynamics, SAP or other similar CRM, ERP and similar platforms. In addition, experience in specifying requirements, selecting and replacing business-critical systems and applications including sales order systems, production systems and financial systems will be an advantage. You are a team player, analytical, innovative, logical and you are passionate about developing and learning new things. You work committed, structured and are quality conscious, and take responsibility for both your and the group's tasks. You thrive in a dynamic and international working environment, where there is a focus on providing the best possible service and where changes happen quickly.

You have a good mood and manage to communicate technically complex information to both technical and non-technical collaborators and colleagues in Danish and English in both writing and speech, and you also master stakeholder management. You must expect 20-30 travel days in Denmark and abroad per year.
