Become a part of our ERP/CPQ Implementation team in Kamstrup
You will become part of a strategic important ERP/CPQ implementation project involving colleagues from most parts of the business and IT. The project team will work towards implementation of IFS Applications 10 and Oracle CPQ Cloud the coming years with strong focus on standardization and harmonization. Gradually as the project is implemented your role will be focused on continuously delivering enhancements and engaging with relevant colleagues to ensure excellent process support and high utilization of the CPQ Cloud platform.
Organizational you will be part of the Enterprise Systems team under Group IT. The team consist of dedicated colleagues with competencies within system administration, project management, application lifecycle management, integration and architecture. The team is responsible for plan, build and run of Kamstrup’s business applications. These include ERP, CPQ, CRM, PLM, QMS, ServiceNow and several other applications.
Kamstrup experience significant growth and we invest heavily in our platforms and in the implementation of a new CPQ Platform. Hence, we need experienced and dedicated colleagues to ensure high value from these investments.
CPQ Specialist with great knowledge of configuration principles
In the position as CPQ Specialist you will join the Sales & Configuration team in our ERP/CPQ implementation project. With your deep understanding of configuration rules, you will challenge the “as-is” and drive the standardization agenda. Furthermore, you will ensure sparring with our vendor and the overall solution architecture team. We expect that you have solid experience with a CPQ Platform (preferable Oracle CPQ Cloud).
Your primary tasks in the project will be:
- Take part in the solution design with vendor consultants and receive training from these
- Participate in fit/gap analysis within the Sales & Configuration team
- Enable yourself to build new product configurations based on templates agreed in project
- Support a solid governance model to ensure standardization
- Close contact to R&D and Product Management regarding solution needs
You will play a key role in one of the largest and broadest ERP/CPQ implementations the coming years and you will have a significant footprint on the CPQ solution that will support our vision to be the world’s leading supplier of intelligent meter solutions for energy and water.
As a person you have a great drive and you thrive in the area between IT and Business. With your insight in product configuration and common business understanding you will be the natural go-to person for the business when discussing potential solutions and new ideas. It is imperative that you constantly seek to improve the application usage and to consult the business how to change processes to gain highest benefit.
It is an advantage if you have been part of a full-scale CPQ implementation with many business processes in play – however expert level understanding of configuration is even more important in this position.
You most likely hold a master’s degree within IT, and it is an advantage if you have experience with and great interest in:
- Multiple CPQ capabilities such as; product modeling, configuration, rules (configure-to-order CTO), guided configuration/guided selling, pricing/discounting, workflow/approvals, quoting/document generation, contracts/subscriptions/renewals, quote to order conversion
- Cloud (“SaaS”) solutions and how fit into our application landscape (on premise as well as cloud)
- Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM (e.g. Dynamics CRM Plugin) and integration services
- Training and support of super users
It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
