About the position

As Head of Delivery you will be responsible for deliveries to one or more customers in KMD’s Technology and Security Services (TSS). In cooperation with colleagues and customers you must ensure stable operation and effective communication on all levels. Therefore, your communication and collaboration skills are of absolute importance, as well as your ability to ensure customer focus and teamwork across the organization.

We are the warranty for securing the highest quality of operation deliveries to our customers in a municipal, state, and commercial market.

You will be a part of a matrix organization with a dynamic and involved delivery team, where you will have daily sparring regarding deliveries to customers. You will also be part of a competence group with focus on the Delivery Management discipline across delivery units.

You will be the focal point for all operation deliveries for a specific customer and solution.

Your responsibilities:

  • Securing stable operation as well as effective communication on all levels - for customers and colleagues
  • Stakeholder Management between Operations and key customers
  • Responsible for cost and economy between Operations and key customers
  • Responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives between Operations and key customers
  • Project management of smaller projects
  • Overall responsible for operation and stability
     

Technology and Security Services (TSS) acts as a foundation for all of KMD’s strategic business units and our Software Centre of Excellence, that delivers services and solutions to public authorities as well as private companies in Denmark and abroad. TSS is running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we play a key part in securing that KMD delivers a stable operation for our customers. Operations also sustain our customers’ need for operation, development, and innovation in the application environment.

About you

We expect you to have a higher education of relevance as well as being ambitious. You have a desire to grow within a large IT organization.

You are business minded and are motivated by cross collaboration to get things done. You have a background within IT, Management or Communication. You can understand the business needs of both customers and technicians and you have practical experience with IT management.

Furthermore, you can take charge of controlling a process both internally and externally. You must have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Danish and English, and you should be able to exploit this to build strong relations regarding deliveries – no matter position or role.
