At DSV, we currently have 1st level support functions spread out in more than 80 countries. To create an optimal global IT support of the future we are on a journey to reorganize and establish one central Global IT Support Center based on the most innovative and effective processes and tools in the industry.
Joining the Transformation Management team at our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will be a part of a global team with high energy, fun workdays and high ambitions.
Take responsibility of structuring and drive operational collaboration meetings
As an operational Service Delivery Manager you will be the direct contact to our Local IT worldwide.
You will build our collaboration with our local and regional offices one at a time, based on Service Level Management, reporting and your great ability to build bridges.
“We are working on a consolidated format and an easy, dashboard style approach to monitor and pull performance data across our different data systems within the organisation. We need you to help us implement our IT delivery processes and ensuring a good collaboration with our local IT” says Manager of Transformation Management IT Operations Camilla Lenter.
Build collaborations and implement IT service delivery processes
During implementation, you look into customer satisfaction, number of contacts, process adherence etc.
Based on your findings, you constantly learn of ways to optimise our global service and to streamline our IT support across our more than 80 countries.
“You use the data you gather and analyse to present initiatives to your colleagues in our local IT department. Therefore, it is your findings that will help determine how we design our future service delivery set-up,” Camilla explains.
Integrator with IT service and support experience
Being result oriented and a true bridgebuilder you are able to create relations with colleagues from different functions and locations to create engagement and understanding of the vision of Global IT Support Center.
- You have experience with IT service and support and/or with incident management
- You know global IT service management
- You have experience with knowledge management – we work with KCS (Knowledge Centered Service)
- You are able to travel upwards 20 days per year to build relations with our service centres
- You communicate effortlessly in English
