At DSV, we currently have first level support functions spread out in more than 70 countries. We are on a journey towards a global setup of the future by reorganizing and establishing one central Global IT Support Center based on the most innovative and effective processes and tools in the industry.
As process owner you will be responsible for the experience and productivity of thousands of daily users requesting services from Global IT.
“We have recently invested in a variety of support systems and channels, but we also know that the key to successful user adoption lies in the intelligent integration between systems in order to improve the end user journeys. We need you to help us define how to optimize the user experience on our new systems – and maybe challenge our perceptions,” says Manager of Transformation Management IT Operations, Camilla Lenter.
A global perspective with great results
Joining the Transformation Management team at our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will be part of a global team with high energy, fun workdays and great ambitions.
For optimal process integration you will be working closely with other process owners i.e. Incident Management, Knowledge Management etc.
“Throughout the design process, your colleagues will provide you with input to help improve our design – e.g. experiences from our local offices with employees of many different cultural backgrounds. Since DSV is a truly global company, gathering and combining this input allows you to map the best possible process and design for optimal UX,” Camilla explains.
Your Process Owner profile
User experience and process design of the Standard Service Request is key to our IT support success. As process owner you will optimize and develop these, so skills within process design and IT Service Management are an advantage.
- You have experience with process design in global IT Service Management
- You have experience designing UX
- You are able to travel upwards of 20 days per year to build relations with our service centres
- You communicate effortlessly in English
