You provide the glue that connects our systems. As our systems landscape expands, our business processes increasingly rely on fast, reliable and well monitored integrations between the various systems and applications. You’ll build a career helping us develop, maintain and support our integration landscape and ensure continued support for business processes. We will help you develop your skills so previous experience with integration development is not required, and you’ll be selected based on personality, drive and the ability to take responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining, supporting and evolving existing integrations between applications and systems, troubleshoot operational issues and continuously improve the stability and performance of the solutions.
- Analyzing, designing and implementing new integrations to ensure that they support our business processes with the correct service levels.
- Implementing the new Integration architecture we’re currently defining, and migrate existing integrations.
- Participating in setting guidelines, technology strategies and practices for integrations in Milestone
- Acting as a sparring partner for the teams maintaining business systems.
Working at our headquarters in Brøndby, you will be part of Business Application Development in the global IT organization, where you will refer to the head of the BI, Integration and Application Services team.
You combine technical skills with an interest in supporting processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge of:
- Integration concepts like APIs, Services and events
- Integration technologies like queues, services (SOAP & REST)
- SQL and SQL databases – preferably SQLServer
- JSON, XML and XSLT.
It will be an additional advantage if you are familiar with:
- Agile development
- Integration with ERP (Navision), CRM (SalesForce) or Office 365
- Integration tools and frameworks like Azure Integration Services, Mulesoft, Boomi, Scribe etc.
- Master data management tools and principles .
As a person you are quality conscious, curious and interested to learn new concepts, as well as comfortable communicating in English at a professional level. You focus on applying your skills to help your colleagues and engage in the challenges and opportunities they encounter. We imagine that you have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher within the technical field or have equivalent work experience.
