Senior UI/UX Designer – design brand-new AI-based products

Visualize voice analytics and create great user experiences
You will join our business unit at our HQ in Ballerup to continue our journey towards delivering new software offerings. As this is considered a very important initiative, your new team reports directly to GN Audio’s global management team.
We have the core concept and technology, but it is entirely up to you to create the graphic design and make an intuitive and efficient user experience, primarily for web browser and Windows app use, for our business customers. You will do so in close collaboration with a product/commercial team, an audEERING research and technology team in Munich, Germany, and a software development team in Ukraine, who will develop the solutions.
With a focus on Design Thinking, you will:
- Drive the entire design process from identifying core needs and insights through ideation and prototyping to working proof of concepts
- Communicate with our Danish and global business customers, testing our solutions to assess user needs, motivations, pain points, etc.
- Implement user needs and feedback into user flows, prototypes, sketches, wireframes and requirements for developers
- Craft great designs and assets across platforms
- If necessary, travel 10-15 days a year to visit customers and partners, attend conferences, etc.
You are a UI & UX talent with:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with digital product design, so you know how to craft designs that work and support business goals
- Design Thinking, Lean UX and design systems experience
- Web design experience – ideally with creating designs for dashboards, analytics and animations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
