You will be part of our Global Application Diagnostic team, with employees both in Brande and Pamplona. The position is located in Brande in our Digital Fleet Performance & Diagnostic Center

How to contribute to our vision

SGRE’s Global Service Business Unit is embarking on a digital transformation of its End-to-End Service Delivery model. This includes redefining and redeveloping our digital toolchain, migrating applications to the cloud, introducing new AI-enabled products and processes across our business-system - while in parallel evolving our skills and culture to ensure a successful transformation.

As one of several Digital Product Owners, you own product vision and drive its translation from vision to reality to broad-scale adoption and usage.

An important part of this role will be defining how Global SCADA and Network Monitoring of our global fleet of 27.000+ Wind Turbines and SCADA systems in 78 countries are going to look like as well as redefine our SCADA and Network processes and tools, embedding automation (RPA) and AI were meaningful for us to attain higher performance, and impact how we engage with customers and our intern support teams globally.

You will push our thinking and adoption of cloud, AI and cognitive technologies. As Product Owner – SCADA and Network Monitoring we look to you to make SGRE the “Digital Leader” in this domain - and leadership just as this role is not a fixed destination but a continuously evolving journey.

This role reports to the Digital team lead of Application Diagnostic within our Digital unit in SGRE Global Service.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience and has a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a scrum/agile product development and/or Software Development environment. You are really collaborative and open to the notion that the best idea might not be yours and you are comfortable with ambiguity, risk and the opportunity to learn Business value-oriented.

You are passionate about customer impact and your product and you are visionary and willing to challenge status-quo

You have experience with defining a product vision and driving the iterative product development process
