Are you eager to influence our ongoing agile transformation and to be involved in the further development of risk solutions for financial institutions? Would you be motivated by working goal-oriented with BEC's solutions for improvement of the financial institutions' ability to reach their goals and comply with regulatory requirements? Do you want to bring your professional and personal qualifications into play and contribute to the team's ambitious value-generating activities? Then, it might be you we are looking for.

You will facilitate progress and customer deliveries

As a scrum master, it is your responsibility to support the team, by having focus on creating value in development and system maintenance/operation, together with optimization of processes and standards for code of practice within the SAFe framework. This is, among other things, ensured by good teamwork within the team, and by ensuring the team's focus on the agile awareness and way of working. In your daily work, you are to coordinate and administrate in close collaboration with the team members and the product owner on the deliveries.

In collaboration with the team's product owner and the ART (Agile Release Train) management, you will contribute to sprint backlog refinement with updates and adjustments together with the development of the team's progress. You will work closely together with the department manager in ensuring the right composition of qualifications in the team.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • facilitating a continuous focus on flow of value for our customers
  • identify, handle and solve challenges within the team
  • create cohesion in the team across Denmark and Poland, where some of the colleagues are located
  • ensure a good dialogue with the other teams in the ART and ART management, including department manager and the RTE (Release Train Engineer)
  • practice agile values and principles.
  • facilitate knowledge sharing

Because it is a distributed team you must anticipate some traveling to Roskilde and Warsawa, at present no more than 12 days a year.

Your profile

You understand the value of good teamwork, you are both tolerant and a team player keeping your eyes on the ball. You are good at planning and organizing your own as well as the team's assignments, which make you capable of delivering the expected results. Your way of managing is recognizable and clear. You appear like a robust person who manages well in a fast-moving and changeable environment. You are a strong facilitator and possess strong abilities regarding communication and stakeholder management.

We expect you to:

  • have experience as scrum master within a scaled agile framework (e.g. SAFe)
  • have a background as either software developer, test manager or a strong operational background within the field
  • understand the handling of many interested parties with different objectives
  • master Danish and English at a high level
