Coaching, teaching, building and supporting

We are looking for an Agile Coach to focus on the overall success of the Digital Hub. You will do this through the following lenses:

  • Coaches and guides the Digital Hub Scrum teams (Squads), ensuring the teams apply Agile and Scrum principles appropriately
  • Building high-performing teams by creating an environment where collaborative multi-disciplinary teams can operate against agile principles & techniques that deliver outstanding customer & business outcomes
  • Building high-performing teams by creating an environment where collaborative multi-disciplinary teams can operate against agile principles & techniques that deliver outstanding customer & business outcomes
  • Operating as the change agent for agile ways of working to the wider organisation, training and coaching others in agile techniques, and demonstrating the benefits to the wider organisation
  • Supporting the Squads in achieving sprint goals, and Quarterly OKR commitments

Embodies Agile principles and leads by example

We are looking for an Agile Coach who has excellent knowledge of agile Scrum methodology and practices and has a strong passion for retail, eCommerce, or technology/digital. You can use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. Furthermore, you can set up teams to be agile and implement scrum events, principles, and practices across all levels and functions in the Digital Hub. You are passionate about communication, group dynamics, and coaching and is not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments.

Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in agile programs, in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working as an Agile Coach or similar
  • Qualifications in Scrum.org PSM, Scrum Alliance CSM or equivalent
  • Qualifications in SAFe are considered a plus
  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence and experience with both MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams and Smartsheets
  • Experience working with OKRs as a framework to measure the success of Squads, within a Product environment
  • Experience across the lifecycle of requirements from ideation to user stories (‘Product Vision to User story process’)
  • Good understanding of software development practices such as BDD / TDD principles, continuous integration, and web/mobile technologies

We work in squads and tribes, using agile to help us deliver customer and business value. You will work directly with Product Managers, Engineers, the Digital Strategy & Planning Director, Digital Agile Management Office, and wider-stakeholders within Pandora (external to the Digital Hub).
