IT operations process owner for Visitations & Coordination
Are you a master of coordinating processes across in our IT Operations and can you identify and improve them across the area? And can you, with your leadership experience and by your example, develop the department to one united team? Then it might be you we are looking for.
You develop the IT Operations processes with leadership and hands-on
As IT operations process owner you will take ownership of the IT Operations owned processes. A great part of your job will be to work hands-on with improving the processes. You will implement, roll-out, and follow up on IT Operations owned processes in cooperation with stakeholders.
Your tasks will among others be:
- End2end ownership of patch process across platforms
- End2end ownership of deploy process across platforms
- Meeting compliance requirements
- To follow up on process status
- To take part in ad hoc coordination tasks
You must expect travel activities for our nearshoring department in Warsaw.
As a person, you find it easy to network and relate to people making you strong at stakeholder management. You are present in the dialogue and good at planning and organizing which makes it easy for you to cope with setbacks and pressure. You are good at presenting and communicating complex issues making you capable of challenging your stakeholders and motivate to the right decision. Hands-on work is no problem for you as you love being part of the day to day tasks.
Furthermore, we would like you to:
- Have experience and process skilled craftsmanship with relevant education as a basis
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience from a similar job
- Be experienced with and have a broad knowledge of process work
- Hold a technology level at which you can challenge both your stakeholders and your employees
- Be fluent in English and Danish both in writing and oral
