You find the customers' needs, and you help us deliver the right solutions

As a business consultant in Credit Risk you have the communication with the customers in order to find the needs. You will have to know the business of our customers so you can help us deliver the right and most valuable solutions. This calls for a dedicated dialogue and a secure managing of all our stakeholders. As the department also interacts with a lot of other departments in BEC, you will have stakeholders both externally and internally. It is your responsibility to handle the dialogue with all these stakeholders in a professional way. In this position you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on an area, which has significant influence on many positions in the banks and in BEC.

Your tasks will amongst other be to:

  • Clarify and align expectations of the needs of our customers in cooperation with the product owner
  • Prioritize and break down features into user stories and define acceptance criteria with the product owner
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations and workshops
  • Prepare a business strategy in cooperation with the product owner
  • Act as a sparring partner regarding the business area
  • Handling incidents and business support

There will be some traveling to our offices in Roskilde and Warsaw.

Your profile

As a person, you are self-driven, responsible and you can cooperate with people on all levels in or outside the organization and with all kinds of personalities. You focus your effort in delivering the right solutions to the customers and to meet their expectations. To do that you analyze the problem at hand, and you think business oriented and innovative. Telling about your findings in your analysis and presenting them to your stakeholders both in writing and oral comes natural to you.

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

  • A financial education
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end process of credit risk in a bank
  • Experience translating business needs to IT solutions
  • Highly fluency of spoken and written English
  • Experience working with Agile methods (desirable)

The department delivers IT systems for supporting the credit management of the banks and authority reporting. Our focus is on extending our credit management solutions. Our collaboration is openly, and we have a respectful dialogue about possibilities, demands and expectations.
