Play a leading role in building and developing enterprise integration units

As Development and Execution Manager, you play a leading role in building enterprise integration unit with focus on laying out the foundation for managing integrations across Pandora units within and outside of IT.

Furthermore you are expected to take on a lead role in defining and developing enterprise development, test and QA services. The vision is a scalable offshore model tapping into strategic vendors enabling their global capabilities to deliver easily consumable services.

As part of this, some of your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Ensure wrap around processes such as financial reporting, invoicing mechanisms, time recording, team rotation and more
  • Build a shared pool of resources to be utilised across the portfolio for minor demands
  • Ensuring appropriate structures are defined and put into place and realize the long-term ambitions for Pandora IT by driving important activities
  • Work with a broad range of other key initiatives as well as ad-hoc priorities.

Analytical and proactive self-starter

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have a analytical mindset and a proactive working style. Adding to that, you are a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Furthermore, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience solving complex IT problems
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Solid track record in IT
  • Knowledge within offshore development or test services is helpful
  • Experience from global organisation(s)
