Join our Cherwell Team
You will become part of our Cherwell team and work alongside our 5 developers and release & test manager. Your team is based across Europe, from Poland and Portugal to Denmark, and you will work from our HQ in Hedehusene, together with our manager.
We are responsible for providing the best possible digital setup for DSV – and a workplace that is completely hassle-free and updated. And with Cherwell, we can support process customisation that allows departments to tailor the solution according to their native workflow processes.

Bridge the gap between internal customers and developers
You will become responsible for finding and implementing solutions that match the needs of IT and the business. During the analysis phase of a development project, you will facilitate internal customer meetings to understand needs, products and services – and in that way create efficiency and add value to our business.
As such, you will have the end-to-end responsibility for the processes – from user requirements, delivery, and documentation to maintenance and securing clear roles and responsibilities.
More specifically, you will:
- Partake in our daily scrum meetings at 9.00
- Facilitate and partake in stakeholder meetings, and you balance requirements with what is technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable
- Create detailed requirements, workflows and forms with the customer, so it reflects their needs
- Hand over the tasks to our developers

Strong communicator with an interest in ITSM
You are a skilled communicator, who knows how to make technical topics easy to understand for our customers just as you know how to explain needs and requirements to our developers. Moreover, you:
- Bring strong stakeholder management skills
- Have experience documenting requirements and making specifications
- Enjoy talking to internal customers to clarify needs – and you know how to challenge them when needed
- Speak and write English effortlessly
If you bring experience within ITSM, ITIL, Scrum, Kanban, Jira or similar it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
