As our new service delivery manager, you will join Group IT at our office in either Lyngby or Struer. Here, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of our contracted services and follow up with our vendors and outsourcing partners. Stepping into this key role that offers a great mix of operational and strategic tasks, you will:
- Manage the relationship with and performance of vendors delivering services to Group IT
- Report on and highlight progress to the IT Leadership team
- Identify risks and issues to minimise application downtime or outages
- Monitor, maintain and develop collaboration with external partners
- Follow up on budgets
- Coordinate and handle communication in case of major incidents
Joining Group IT, you will become part of a small, pragmatic and dedicated team where 20 colleagues work together across our two locations in Lyngby and Struer. We are working towards becoming more and more agile, cooperating closely in various constellations depending on the task at hand. What you bring
You have experience from a similar position, and being a highly motivated team player, you are ready to take a hands-on approach. Also, being the one who looks and plans ahead, you pay keen attention to detail and work with a high degree of structure. Moreover, you bring:
- 3+ years of experience supporting service-level agreements (SLA) – preferably within IT
- A functional and a technical understanding of IT solutions and integration with third-party, both on-premise and cloud-based
- Office 365 knowledge, SAP insight and familiarity with Oracle RightNow or a similar service tool
- The ability to manage and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
