The recruitment process
At Experis we believe that we all have talent, we just need a chance to show it. That means, that everyone can apply for this graduate programme as long as you have the passion for software development. We are only interested in your talent and nothing else.
The first step will be a multiple choice that will take you 15-30 minutes to solve. Your solution will go through a blinded evaluation, so that none of the judges are being biased by your name, age, gender, appearance or background. You will then receive feedback and either an invitation for the next step or a goodbye for now.
The submission deadline for this is the 27th of October at 12 o´clock.
The next step is a slightly more complicated coding case, which you will spend 45-60 minutes on. Again, this will be evaluated in a blinded process and you will receive specific feedback on how to have solved it perfectly and either an invitation for the next step or a goodbye for now.
This case will launch the 29th of October at 12 o´clock and has to be submitted the 2nd of November at 12 o´clock.
The candidates who have been chosen to complete case 2 will get feedback the 6th of November.
After the cases, the final candidates will be asked to do a personality- and learning-ability test, send in their resumé and attend a final interview.
The only thing you have to do now, is click "Apply online" and then go to the top of the new page and click "Open case" on the right and type in your name and e-mail. You can fill in much more information about yourself, but it is not necessary due to the fact, that we will not look at it or take it into consideration.
If you have any questions regarding the programme or the process, you are welcome to write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
