Welcome to Change & IT Continuity
The Change & IT Continuity department consists of 11 highly skilled people each working within the 3 main areas: change management, documentation governance, and IT-continuity. Now, you will lead the way as we are expanding with a new focus area aimed at process and performance optimisation. You will meet some of your colleagues at your office space in Hedehusene while you will meet up with others digitally as they are working from Poland.
Find improvements through analysis
As our first Process Analyst, you will be treading new ground as you take a closer look at data, documentation, and reports to find any processes that need optimisation or automation. You will also reach out to relevant process owners to initiate and drive change.
We have some of your key tasks mapped out, but you will also get to develop the position as you progress.
Amongst other things, you will be:
- Facilitating process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements and automation capabilities
- Driving and facilitating a process approval board that you will be running major process changes by
- Identifying process issues and risks
- Reviewing information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired goal

You are the seasoned analyst
You have an outgoing personality, and you don’t mind seeking out process owners or communicating the needs for making changes.
Are more interested in your experience with process analysis than your educational background – but we imagine that you:
- Have been on a similar journey before working on process optimisation and automation
- Enjoy digging into big data sets
- Speak English fluently – Danish is not a requirement
