For our Service Technology Department at our Global Headquarter in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Configuration Specialist to join the Asset Configuration and Spare Part team.  The Asset Configuration and Spare Part team is responsible for the Technical Master Data Equipment structure of the turbines that Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy has produced and is currently servicing. This includes the configuration of the turbine master data equipment structure, including documentation, bill of material and materials in accordance with our RDS-PP structure set up.

How to contribute to our vision

You will be responsible for creating an SAP architecture and future configuration set up for our turbine structure of legacy turbines in SAP and help develop and implement improvements into the current SAP system and help transform and migrate current data structure to our new SAP system SAPs4Hana.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Determine the future configuration set up for our turbine structure
  • Create an SAP architecture for future systems for our team
  • Improve our current processes with new SAP transactions and upload tools like WinShuttle
  • Support and participate in different SAP projects across departments
  • Support on BoM task lists and Maintenance Plans for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Drive and develop Asset Configuration and Management, RCM (Reliability Centret Management) and do Analytics-Based Data-Driven Business
  • Align our current SAP structure with the RDS-PP structure
  • Optimize SAP processes and support the implementation of our overall strategy.
  • Transform and migrate the current data structure to SAPs4Hana
  • Improve our retrofit processes
  • Support in different SAP projects
  • Support in strengthening cross-departmental collaborations
  • Identify IT demands improvement of the Master Data and the structure in SAP
  • Align with our IT department

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

You have a Bachelor or Master education within the field of engineering, economics, data science or similar. You must have extensive knowledge of SAP PM or CS and how to do extracts of SAP. Furthermore, you have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You have knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI. If you have knowledge of RDS-PP coding, WinShuttle, RCM, CMMS and SAP4Hana, it is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented and have an organized approach to your tasks. You have technical knowledge of SAP, but you are not afraid to learn about new systems as well. It is important that you enjoy working with data and like to dive deep into this.   

You are a team player and have excellent English skills.
