You lead your own team and run several projects

As our new Senior Project Manager for Healthcare, you will be part of a project with more than 60 skilled colleagues situated in Denmark, Romania and Ukraine. You will be managing a diverse and ambitious team consisting of 16 colleagues situated in our office in Aarhus, whose areas of expertise range from software developers and test-engineers to domain advisors. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams' continuous development, whilst simultaneously setting the direction for the project. Furthermore, you will carry out project management for a distributed scrum team including colleagues from our offices in Romania and Denmark.

You will work with Columna Cura - our newest product within healthcare IT, that supports employees, patients, and relatives, throughout a citizen’s complete health journey. The product is operational and has already been purchased and implemented by more than 30 Danish municipalities. As our Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with, among others, our Product Management team regarding the future development of Columna Cura and its content. You will ensure we continuously deliver a high-quality product that is tailored for our customers, and support the development of Columna Cura in relation to stability and daily operations. You will work with the best features of both scrum and safe, as we continuously work on developing and optimizing our processes, and the way we run projects.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Project management from initial specs to final implementation
  • People management of highly skilled colleagues, ensuring their continuous development
  • Change management, improvements and overall team performance
  • Reporting and reaching KPI’s for yourself, project and team

Experienced Project Manager with high IT Skills

We imagine that you have a relevant bachelor or master’s degree. You have 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager and have proven results in running complex IT projects. You possess leadership experience and know-how to motivate and manage people. You have a personal drive for succeeding which reflects your ambition to reach your goals.

In addition, you:

  • Are proactive and eager to make a difference through your work
  • Have the ability to deliver on cost, schedule and quality
  • Set the bar high and are able to constantly improve and develop yourself, your team, and your surroundings
  • Have a high degree of flexibility in connection with your tasks

Furthermore, you speak and write Danish and English fluently.

We are an international company and you can expect 1-2 travels pr. year.
