Student assistant for netbank support

Want to be a part of a team that provides first-class support?

You will be a part of BEC’s netbank support which helps and guides the users in the financial institutions regarding net- and mobile banking among others. Our common focal point is to ensure a good experience when users contact us. We are the immediate contact with users who should feel met, understood and helped, whether they contact us in writing or by telephone. This requires our supporters to show initiative, responsibility and are both welcoming and effective. You will be an important part of the support team and will have a busy working day that is characterized by contact with many different people.

Your main tasks will be:  

  • To be available on your phone as well as answer many, often more than 60 phone inquiries and emails a day.
  • Provide support around the general use of The netbank and mobile bank functionality, necessary system requirements, log-in challenges and error messages users experience
  • Actively contribute to ensure sparring and knowledge sharing within the team

The netbank support is open between 8-22 and your working hours will be distributed throughout this time as well as in the weekends.

You create good contact with other people, partly because you quickly read the needs of others and because you express yourself clearly and simple. The requests from users are very different and the IT technical level varies accordingly. It suits you well because you like variety and because you easily adapt and change gears in an instant.

We imagine that you: 

  • Are in the process of a higher education
  • Can take 2-3 weekly shifts and like the possibility of a calling
  • Understand and speak fluent danish. Our business langue internally is English.
  • Like telephone support 
  • Provide good service and act professionally with a smile in your voice
  • Are solution-oriented and effective
  • Have solid knowledge of Mac, Windows and various browsers
  • Familiar with mobile operating systems like iOS and Android 

Who are we? 

Your new team consist of 10 fulltime employees and 22 student assistants. We have very different backgrounds but primarily with competences within IT and finance. In the team there is a nice atmosphere characterized by high spirits – even when we are busy. We are also characterized by a free tone with lots of humor and good colleagues who all contribute to the internal sparring.
