How to contribute to our vision
For our Business Excellence & Information Technology (BE&IT) team within the Service Business Unit, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Integration Architect to lead the continuous development of the Service IT/Digital strategy and roadmap to improve and enhance the Service capabilities along the value chain.
BE&IT as a Function is driving the End-to-End Process harmonization, alignment, integration and improvement across Service Global Functions and Regions to enable profitable growth. IT and Digital are key enablers of these improvements and require a clear application target landscape and implementation roadmap around the globe.
The Integration Architect is expected to bring the Service vision to life when it comes to major IT programs like AGORA (SAP S/4HANA), E2EPDM (Teamcenter), OneCRM (SalesForce), but also how smaller application and the Digital product and improvement portfolio fits into a comprehensive flow of data and processes required to deliver our value proposition to our customers.
The major deliverables expected are the Service target application landscape, global implementation roadmap and timeline, data architecture and high-level personas along the end to end processes. In addition the planning and controlling of the related project budgets will be part of the overall responsibility.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change to world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Information Technology or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with
- Consolidation and harmonization programs around SAP, SalesForce or similar
- Service business processes for industrial equipment, aerospace or similar
- IT strategy and architecture development (application, data, persona)
- IT project management and program management
- IT estimating, budgeting and controlling
To become successful in this team you need bring the right balance of experience and architectural skills and you need to have a passion for simplifying complexity to a clarity and crispness that business and IT stakeholders on all levels can and want to follow.
You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
