Do you want to make GlobalConnect Outsourcing Services an even more efficient business with top customer satisfaction by designing and improving workflows in ServiceNow? Do you want to develop- and train peers in using the ITSM-tool? Then this opportunity might be worth looking further into, as we are looking for a pragmatic and solution oriented ServiceNow workflow designer to help us succeed in our common ambitious goals.

Who are we?

As our new ServiceNow and workflow designer you will report to our Head of Service Operations in the Outsourcing Services business unit in GlobalConnect. You will be part of the Service Management team and be close to our Service Desk and infrastructure technicians. You will collaborate with teams across the organization as ServiceNow is a common tool.

GlobalConnect is present in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Germany and with colleagues, customers, and partners from many nationalities you will be working in a multi-national environment.

We have recently moved into our brand-new Copenhagen office, where you can look forward to enjoying a great meal in our delicate canteen (Thursday is cake day!), take a walk along the harbor or getting to now people from all departments at Friday-bar on our roof-top terrace.

Your key responsibilities

We continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction, and you will contribute by ensuring our customers have access to relevant information and ensuring that your colleagues have the best foundation to support our customers with relevant and well-structured information and easy-to-use tools and workflows.

The way we work with ServiceNow today can be done even smarter, and you can contribute by optimizing and automate daily tasks and processes. This also includes developing training material and conducting training sessions in the processes and the use of the ITSM-tool, alongside your colleagues in the Service Management team.

You will ensure that our customer facing service catalogues are maintained and easy-to-use in the customer portal. To have a fit-for-purpose master data structure you will work with the data in the ITSM system by improving, automating and setting up the right processes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an expert, pragmatic and logic-thinking colleague, who take pride in delivering quality and simple solutions. A respectful colleague who, when facing roadblocks can think of and suggest alternatives to utilize colleagues to move ahead.

More specifically we are looking for the following competences:

  • Experience with optimization and automation within ServiceNow and the workflow developer tool in ServiceNow. You do not need to be a developer yourself.
  • Experience implementing ITSM initiatives and maturing the processes throughout the organization.
  • Understanding of supporting ITIL processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; ability to form strong relationships at all levels in the organization.
  • Education from Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field is preferred but not required.
