Test Manager


Do you want to be a key person for the IT department’s test activities?

We are currently looking for a skilled test manager who will be responsible for test activities, test documentation and optimization of test strategies, methods, procedures and tools. If these terms capture your interest, we may have the perfect job for you.

About the job

You will become part of software development processes for new solutions on GxP systems. Initially, it will mainly be within ERP, but other systems may also be included. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating test activities according to Orifarm's IT change management procedure. With this job, you will become a part of a broad collaboration across the organization, e.g. with internal and external IT developers and consultants, business superusers, and other external and internal stakeholders.

Additionally, your tasks will include:

  • Supporting test teams
  • Ensuring momentum during testing phases
  • Conducting risk-based tests
  • Creating documentation
  • Responsible for announcements and training in connection with build deliveries
  • Continuous optimizations of test strategies, methods, procedures and tools
  • Training of testers

About you

We expect you to hold a relevant education e.g. in IT. Furthermore, we imagine that you have at least 5 years of experience with a similar job. To succeed in the job, it is essential that you have experience with test management or coordination and various test methods/tools.

Experience with the following is an advantage, but not a must:

  • Automated test tools
  • Test and validation of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry

Besides, we expect you to:

  • Be detail oriented
  • Have a structured approach
  • Understand good documentation practice
  • Be fluent in Danish and English.

Who are we?

The IT governance team is a new team within the IT department. We are responsible for several cross-functional tasks as IT compliance, IT change management, IT contract/vendor management etc. We have a close collaboration with our IT colleagues, but also across the Orifarm organization and with external consultants etc. We are a dedicated team that currently consists of two employees.
