IT Compliance Associate

About the job
As IT compliance associate, you will be given various IT compliance tasks, mostly with the purpose for compliance with GxP, but also GDPR and other internal rules and requirements. The job involves a broad collaboration across the organization e.g. with our IT colleagues, QA IT, Legal as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks will include:
- Internal controls
- Maintenance of IT QMS (SOP’s and policies)
- Training of IT employees and external consultants e.g. awareness training and SOP training
- Creating and maintaining documentation as well as maintaining system descriptions
- Assistance during audits and inspections
- Handling - and trending of deviations
- Validation work
You may have a relevant education within IT compliance. Experience with GxP, GDPR and similar job is an advantage but not a must. It is important that you have skills within documentation practice. Lastly, we imagine that you are fluent in English and Danish.
Who are we?
The IT governance team is a new team within the IT department. We are responsible for several cross-functional tasks as IT compliance, IT change management, IT contract/vendor management etc. We have a close collaboration with our IT colleagues, but also across the Orifarm organization and with external consultants. We are a dedicated team that currently consists of two employees.
