In this position
As SAP Delivery Manager Graduate in KMD you will be pared with an experienced Delivery Manager, who will be your mentor. After 2 weeks of onboarding and courses, you will be introduced to a customer project. We believe that the most valuable professional and personal development happens when you participate in ongoing activities with talented and experienced colleagues.
You will participate in some training concurrent with your internship and certification in ITIL, but it will mostly be on-the-job training. Throughout the program, you will be supported by your mentor, your colleagues, buddy, and your manager. They will ensure that you are prepared to solve the tasks you are presented with and will ensure your personal well-being and development.
This is what you will learn
With guidance from talented and competent colleagues, you will act as a Delivery Manager, learn how to communicate with different stakeholders, internally and externally. You will also learn the value of short and sharp communication.
As a Delivery Manager Graduate, you will find yourself in a changing environment, where each day is different. You will therefore learn how to prioritize different tasks, in an environment that values drive and acknowledge mistakes.
You will be a part of our brain trust and take part in a group of IT professionals working within the field of SAP that matches your competencies and interests.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Securing stable systems for our customers, via effective communications on all levels internally and externally
- Do monthly reporting
- Maintain and create documents and procedures
- Coordination and follow up on Incidents, Service Request and Problems (ITIL)
- Change and Release responsibility
- Follow up on time registrations
- Help with billing of customers and perhaps project lead for minor projects.

We are looking for talented and ambitious candidates who hold a master’s degree or equivalent within IT and communication. If you are one of the candidates, we are looking for, you will be able to identify with the following:
- Not afraid of reaching out for help or giving help

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
- It’s a plus if you have knowledge about SAP
- Passionate and curious about technology, with an aim to achieve the best solution while presenting a high level of interest, engagement and enthusiasm

The recruitment process
After reviewing the applications, we will invite the best qualified candidates to participate in an interview. As a part of the recruitment process, you will also be asked to conduct a cognitive assessment. After the first interview selected candidates will be invited to a second interview.
