Your role as Global IT Supporter
Working in close collaboration with the colleagues in Global IT Support as well as application experts and infrastructure professionals, you will be on the very frontline to help and assist users with their IT problems as well as act as the face of Global IT.
You will participate in the ongoing IT support and troubleshooting of day to day IT issues, helping users locally as well as remotely using various tools. You will connect with users either face to face, by phone or through our Incident Management tool, ServiceNow. You focus will be to provide excellent customer service and ensuring the IT issues are resolved timely and that the users walk away with a smile on their face.
You will also be involved in IT Support related projects including client upgrade activities, and also act as local hands on various IT infrastructure projects in close collaboration with the IT infrastructure teams.
It is therefore important that you are motivated by providing a great customer service and find reward in solving IT problems for end users.
Travel activity is expected from 5 to 10 days per year.
Fields of responsibility
- Global end user IT support
- Issue handling and escalation according to Service Level Agreements
- Installation, configuration and setup of IT systems including software installation, printer configuration, video conference setup and support, etc.
- Ensure proper registration of IT accessories
- Participate in IT Support related projects
- Participate in weekend phone watch rotation schedule
As a candidate for the role you have:
- An education in computer science, engineering, or similar experience
- Experience in hardware and software installations, user administration in a Windows environment and usage of MS Windows and Microsoft365
- Great people skills
- A service minded approach
- Experience with ITIL processes is an advantage
- Experience with GxP and qualification of computerized systems is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English is a requirement
