We are looking for an Area task coordinator ready to share and grow

You will be part of the “infrastructure services & coordination” team which resides in the IT operations area.

The team supports, coordinate and collaborate across IT operations, and have also touch points to teams in other areas, domains and programs.

The primary focus of the team is to improve and optimize processes and deliveries from IT operations as a whole.

Your role as area task coordinator, will be to coordinate activities and tasks across the area, including handle invoices, and structure and maintain compliance dashboards.

Primary task and responsibilities

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:  

  • Visitation and coordination of tasks
  • Support and assistance to the teams
  • Follow-up on our compliance issues
  • Take part in implementing ServiceNow in IT operations
  • Ensure alignment to common processes
  • Handling invoices
  • Support to the management team of IT operations

  • You are curious, motivated by new challenges and always seek to further develop

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master Danish and English at a high level both in writing and orally.
