Product Owner who inspires and develops the IT in­te­gra­tion team


We are on a journey moving from one integration platform to another, from Biztalk to Azure, which supports our entire IT infrastructure. In this context you will have a very central and crucial role in ensuring a team set-up that can juggle the day-to-day operations of the old platform as well as implementing and developing the new. You will be part of an organization with focus on agility, development, and collaboration. Your base is our headquarter in Fredericia with the possibility of a full home office set-up so you can work when and where it is necessary for the business and for your work-life balance.

Combination of short and long-term focus

You will be part of the IT Business Development team which consists of 6 internal Azure specialists and 15 external consultants. We are growing the team fast, and constant change is part of our everyday life. You will report directly to the CTO who makes sure that obstacles in the business are removed quickly so you can keep up the fast pace in maintaining and developing the integration platforms.

Your overall task is to inspire and develop the integration team to deliver even more value for the entire organization. As a Product Owner, you will keep the overall overview of both the short-term operation and the long-term planning and development in close collaboration with your stakeholders.

Your specific tasks will among others be:

  • Creating vision and mission
  • Creating and executing on technical roadmaps
  • Prioritizing the team’s focus areas
  • Collaboration and prioritization with stakeholders across Energinet
  • Budget responsible

Holistic mind-set and knowledge of integration platforms

We believe that different backgrounds and experience can contribute to creating innovative solutions. Therefor it is not important what education or experience you have – what is important is that you are able to create a collaborative environment within the team and with the rest of the organization. Of course, to work with integration platforms, you will need to have some knowledge of the technical complexity in this as well as technologies. You have a holistic view, and you can inspire the people you work with. You are curious and inquisitive, and you thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
