Due to the rapid expansion of Ardoq - The SaaS Platform to Navigate Digital Transformation - we are looking for a cooperative and enthusiastic colleague with strong interpersonal skills, a technical mindset and a natural curiosity about people, business, and technology.
Our new colleague will in close collaboration with our Account Executives take ownership of the technical validations, proof of concepts and customized demonstration of our platform that we support our up-coming clients with during the later stages of their sales- and evaluation phase of Ardoq.
The Solution Specialist is an engagement role which involves introducing Ardoq in-depth to, and collaborating with key figures at potential clients across our European markets. Your ability to dive into other companies’ transformation challenges and help them build sustentative solutions using Ardoq is supported by your interest in establishing relationships and being inquisitive, while also challenging the as-is when necessary.
The dialogue with our clients typically surrounds itself on how they instill and mature proper alignment, communication and transparency between their Technology base and Business objectives.
The key metric in this conversation is “Transparent Business Value” – but the underlying parameters concern dataflows, system landscapes, capability maps, process mapping, strategic objectives, projects, and not least people – and all the meta-data related to each of these components, that ultimately make up an organization.

You will have access to spar with Solution Specialist in other regions (UK & USA) and other key product figures to support you when necessary.

The Solution Specialist typically meets the clients when they introduce us to their internal use-case, current challenges, and pains with reflections on how these connect to their IT- and/or company strategic agenda.
Often using the client’s own data set and real-life challenges, you will take a consultative role in building a business case and introducing how Ardoq’s platform will support the digital transformation initiative by establishing the use-case with the client’s own data in Ardoq, resulting in a final presentation to their Enterprise Architecture team and management.
The most often applied use-cases we meet are Application Portfolio Management, Business Capability Modeling and Strategic Planning & Execution. But other cases will also be supported by Ardoq as it will support the democratization and maturity journey for Enterprise Architecture as it expands into the client’s organization.
Your role will play a key figure in our commercial team and will during the year experience many shorter (typically 2-5 weeks) intensive collaborations with A-list clients that want to experience custom demos or present their business- and use-cases in Ardoq’s platform as part of the EAM tool evaluation.
Once you become comfortable in your role, it is not uncommon to be handling 2-4 clients simultaneously in close collaboration with the Account Executive team and Sales Director.
You will also contribute to the culture of Ardoq by contributing with your personal and professional competencies - and actively seek new knowledge to ensure team- and personal development.
