Join IT Governance – and 8 knowledgeable colleagues
Within our large IT Organisation, Process & Master Data Governance, you will find your new team – IT Governance. Here, we are responsible for all technical documentation, disaster recovery and change control across DSV Global IT.
Many of your new colleagues have several years of experience within DSV and extensive knowledge of our processes across the business. They enjoy working in depth and are a very professional team who take pride in handling the central quality processes of DSV.
Implement strong and consistent governance
Based in Hedehusene, you will define ways of working according to industry standards to implement strong and consistent governance. This entails reviewing and adjusting existing templates to actively enhance quality in a complex enterprise application landscape.
You will have a very outgoing role as you will work closely with several global business units to guide and train colleagues in the use of master data and documentation. This also means that you will play an important part on professionalising the way we work – both internally in the team and in Global IT – making our processes more transparent and even smarter. Part of your workday will also consist of:
Managing the DMS platform (Documentum) and related processes
- Reviewing existing templates and developing new ones
- Engaging with and driving initiatives regarding business continuity and disaster recovery
- Creating our management presentations and carrying our management reporting
Documentation experience from a complex IT environment
As a person, you are helpful and enjoy being part of a team where you look beyond your own tasks and see yourself as a part of a larger delivery of services. With your outgoing personality, you enjoy reaching out to global colleagues, and you remain detail-oriented and set the bar high when it comes to quality, even when you work on multiple initiatives.
- Hold a master’s degree within engineering, computer science or similar, providing you with a technical background
- Have some years of experience from a similar position, working with technical documentation types and related processes in a complex IT environment Or are a top of class Junior profile
- Have experience working with digital documentation platforms as well as ITIL or similar industry methodologies
- Possess strong visual presentation skills in e.g. PowerPoint
- Are fluent in English and have solid presentation skills
