Senior UX Designer

The position and why we need you

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled and Senior UX Designer, who can set a forward-looking direction for the user experience in our client channels, and help us delivering user centric features with a high level of user experience. You will work closely with our product managers and insights specialists to ensure a strategic and client centric perspective as well as with our product owners and UI developers to make the products and features come to life. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Analysis and be part of a co-located and agile setup with business and IT colleagues within our growing Products & Solutions function.
- Map user needs, workflows and behavior
- Research best practice and competitor solutions
- Create mock-ups of UI
- Conduct concept and usability testing
- Use wireframes and prototypes to ensure early validation
- Present insights to relevant stakeholders
- Deliver on our long-term product roadmap
- Help mature UX practices
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role, where you have successfully worked with UX design in a fast paced B2B context. You have a relevant educational background on BSc level as a minimum. If you have experience within financial services and knowledge about API’s as part of a client experience offering, this is considered a plus. As a person you have a strong mindset to drive things forward, and at the same time you are pragmatic and open to findings solutions that work for everyone. As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an advantage but not a requirement. The position will be based at Banking Circles office in Copenhagen.
