Junior Project Manager with an interest in LegalTech
Do you want to work with IT projects and LegalTech in one of Denmark’s largest and most esteemed law firms? Then you could be Gorrissen Federspiel’s new junior project manager. We are in full swing with the digitisation of Gorrissen Federspiel and are consequently seeking a junior project manager to assist our Head of Digitalization.
You will, in collaboration with our Head of Digitalization, work on large and small digitisation projects and LegalTech products. You will be part of a relatively new area, consisting of you and the Head of Digitalization, and will therefore have a great opportunity to influence both the area and the workflows. Your role will involve project management, including meeting organisation, reporting and stakeholder management, but you will also be involved in scouting and validating new projects. You will also facilitate implementations and teach colleagues how to use new systems.
We are currently working on a larger project alongside several smaller ones. You and the Head of Digitalization will work together on the big projects, and you will have the opportunity to work more independently on the smaller projects.
You will report to the Head of Digitalization and will have significant contact with our other staff and partners. Digitisation is a high priority at Gorrissen Federspiel, and the department will have a major impact on the daily lives of our employees. As in all other areas, we seek to be in a league of our own in the field of digitisation.
You have a relevant degree - for example from ITU or DTU. You may be a recent graduate or you may have a few years’ experience in a relevant field. Most importantly, you have a keen interest in IT projects and want to make a difference in the field of digitisation. We do not expect you to know everything already, but it is essential that you are willing to learn.
In addition, you will achieve the most success in the job if you can say yes to one or more of the following:
- You have knowledge of PRINCE2 and scrum as development methodologies, including the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods
- You have knowledge of IT architecture and database structures
- You have knowledge of change management principles in organisations
- You have been involved in large or small software projects
- You have relevant experience from the legal or consulting sector
- You have experience in teaching and preparing educational material
- You are diplomatic, robust and able to operate at all levels
- You learn quickly and are willing to continuously master new systems
