When you join SDC, you’ll be a part of the Portfolio and Project Management Area with nearly 70 other colleagues working as project professionals. We are organized in a matrix and project managers lead projects for the entire organization and more than 50 experienced, skilled, and dedicated project managers are grouped in three teams. Knowledge sharing is important to us and have communities of practice to share knowledge and get support from your peers.
Our agile journey is well under way - but we are not there yet
SDC has started on the Agile journey and project managers are important players in drive the change. Beside acting as a project manager, you will also take a role as Agile coach; helping SDC to mature as an agile organisation.

Plan, lead, organize and promote project solutions
We take for grounded that you already know the overall tasks of an experienced project manager; managing customer, team, contracts and suppliers, keeping project on track and control budget, along with managing project uncertainties and ensuring to deliver an agreed project scope.
PM experience, agile toolbox, and the right personality
To match your peers we expect that you can become a skilled motivator, customer centric agile project manager, and a colleague generous with crediting others work.
We are looking for solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and project environment. A proven track record of successfully implementing and leading software projects using Scrum, or another agile framework is a precondition. You are experience Agilist, can act as a Scrum coach and hold one or more agile certifications. You can oversee multi-function project teams and can balance technical and business knowledge when interacting with team members and customers.
Proficiency in Danish or Scandinavian language is a requirement.
